Anthony stood looking out at the water while she spoke. She seemed to have good parents. She thought as highly of them as he was sure they did of her. She was one of those celebritys that was grounded, down to earth. He liked those kind. She didn't let the fame go to her head and she wasn't in the news all the time like Lindsey Lohan. She was just .. doing something she loved because it was fun and made her happy. But at the same time she was a normal person. Thats something he admired in her.
He put his arms around her. He liked the feeling of her body against his. "I'd come see you" He looked down at her and smiled. "Are you hungry?" He was hungry, his stomach was growling as they spoke. He spun her around and the started moving them to the table where the food was sitting. He let go of her so he could use his hands to open the containers up. Pixel always brought really good food. He picked a piece of fruit out of the fruit salad and stuck it in his mouth. It tasted really good.

Pixel loved how when he turned her around and started moving herself towards the table, it wasn't awkward, and they didn't trip all over each other. It was just.. perfect. That's how Pixel saw it. She liked that her and Anthony were just so.. fitting. She was a little sad that he had to let to her go in order to eat, but she figured she'd live, and he could touch her all he wanted at any time. He just might have to watch where he was touching, or she'd get a little freaked out. She was a nice, respectable women! She smiled as Anthony dug his fingers into the fruit salad. She wished she could as good as her mom, then she'd be the reason for that smile. But she kinda sucked at cooking, and maybe it would make Anthony like her mom, and when they met they'd get along and stuff. Pixel would like that.
Pixel grabbed a frozen fruit kabob, and one of the sandwiches his mom had made, and then sat down, picking fruit off the stick and popping them into her mouth in between bites of her sandwich. "Can we swim out here?" Pixel realized that was a stupid question. Of course they could, it was the ocean. "I mean.. Is there a way to get back on the boat from the water? And are there sharks that will like... eat our face?" She looked up at him, curious. She thought it would be fun to go for a little swim at dark, even if it would be a little bit scary with no light. That's why she had Anthony, wasn't it?

Anthony sat down next to her and opened the bag of chips and then the lid to the salsa dip his mom had wanted them to try. He was going to be the first to brave it. Though he wasn't really scared. His mom was an awesome cook. He wasn't even sure how she'd gotten that great at it but she was. And she would have never given it to him without thinking it was good herself. He took a chip and put some salsa on it and then ate it. It was better than what came out of the jars. Maybe not spicy spicy but at least his stomach wouldn't but upset later. The spice was offset by what tasted like cheese and sour cream. It was pretty good.
He nodded when she asked about swimming. "I can put the ladder out if you wanna swim. And if there's sharks .. well then I guess I'll have to be a gentleman and protect you " He smiled some. Underneath all the flirting he was really starting to care for Pixel on a much deeper level. It didn't freak him out but he wasn't sure how to handle it either. It was just something new to feel. He didn't think he'd ever felt this way about a girl before. He figured before the night was finished he'd kiss her and see if maybe .. she felt the same way too.

Pixel reached into the chip bag grabbed one, dipping into the bowl of salsa. She was slightly nervous about trying it, because it looked.. odd. Normally Pixel didn't put things in her mouth that looked weird, but for Anthony and his mother, who she already knew was a good cook from the sandwich, she'd make an exception. She took a bite and nodded more to herself then Anthony. "I like it." She commented simply, getting another chip and eating more dip. She wondered if his mom would give hers the recipe. She'd have to ask him to ask her at some point, cause this was good.
Then he was saying he'd put the ladder out if she wanted to swim, and if there were shark he'd protect her, and she couldn't help but smile. "Yeah.. I'd like that." Then she realized what she said, and blushed. "I mean, I'd like it if we could swim, not if there were sharks and you had to protect me, though it would be very sweet if you did." Pixel's palms because sweating, and she had to take a few deep breaths, then she leaned over, quickly giving him a peck on the cheek, then leaned back. "You're very sweet." She said, hoping the dimming light would hide her blush. She went back to eating, avoiding eye contact. Why was she just so damn awkward?

Anthony watched her take a chip and then dip it into the salsa. Then she took a bite. It was always good to have an honest opinion cause Anthony was biased to anything his mother made cause he was her son and her cooking couldn't taste bad at all. He smiled when she nodded and then it grew when she said she liked it. "Her food is always .. amazing. Like seriously she's never cooked anything including vegetables that's ever tasted bad. She's like the best cook I've ever met .. Though you're mom runs a close second" He enjoyed her moms cooking but he enjoyed spending time with her moms daughter better.
Then she was telling him he'd be sweet if he protected her. He looked down to the food in front of him and smiled some. Then she kissed him on the cheek. That made him blush. Hopefully she wouldn't notice. He really liked her. Like a lot. He ate a little more and then looked up at her. "I think your sweet too Pixel. Completely not like those snobby celebrity kind. But the sweet kind." He'd met a lot of celebrities and most of them had been really stuck up but not Pixel.

Pixel smiled when he talked about his moms cooking, then complimented her moms. She nodded, agreeing with him. "It's the reverse way for me, but still that's saying something because I'm way picky about what I eat. This," She grabbed a chip and scooped up some dip. "Almost didn't make the cut, just cause it looks weird." Then she popped it into her mouth, smiling softly at him. She thought he and her mom would get a long really well, he was complimenting her cooking, and her mom was happy with anyone that liked her cooking.
She smiled at his words, trying really hard not to blush anymore than she already was. "Thank you.. I'm just a person.. I sing because I like it, and if other people like it.. Then great. But it's not that big of a deal if they don't, or if my next album bombs and no one remembers my name in five years." She shrugged softly, looking down at her food and eating the last little bite of her sandwich, kind of sad she was done with it, though her stomach protesting eating anymore than she already had. She pulled the last frozen mango bit from the skewer, then popped it in her mouth, slowly chewing it and swallowing, wondering why her eyes were so much bigger than her stomach?
She brushed her crumbs from her thighs onto the floor, and then she stood up on the seat, and climbed over the railing of the boat, holding onto it. She probably looked a lot more brave than she felt. "Can I go this way?" Her arms were stretched out to the sides, wrapped around the railing and gripping onto it with her hands as she had her feet sideways on the little ledge on the side of the boat. She looked down into the water, then over her left shoulder at Anthony.

Anthony laughed a little. She was right it did look weird. He'd have to talk to his mom about that .. to make it look different but have it taste the same. That probably wasn't possible but for Pixel he'd try. He was finding he'd do most anything for her. Did that mean he was falling in love with her? Probably but he couldn't help himself. It was hard not to be in love with Pixel. She was sweet and funny. Charasmatic and intelligent. And beautiful, all the things he'd wanted in a girl. Things were different with her than any relationship he'd ever had. They weren't sleeping together already which was the biggest difference. Though he didn't mind that. In fact it was probably better for the relationship in this early stage to wait.
He didn't think her next album would bomb. While he didn't really listen to her music on a daily basis that didn't mean he hadn't heard it either. And it wasn't horrible, in fact if he ever had to tell the truth it sounded pretty amazing. So he was sure her next album would to just fine. Probably cause she wasn't singing just for the money and fame. But because she actually liked it. He watched her get up and go to the railing. She looked pretty daring. "Yeah its ok if you go that way." He stood up and moved hooking the ladder to the boat so they could get back on. Then he took off his tank and dropped it on a chair. He climbed onto the railing quickly and just as quickly flipped off of it and unto the water.
