[rs=2] | born and raised in a summer haze sophie digorgio was born and raised in new orleans. her parents were already happily married and sophie was their pride and joy. sophie's parents were always there for her growing up. they were more like her friends then her parents. she loved them with all of her heart. but things were rough. her father had gotten fired from his job for trying to steal money, and her mother was working part time so it was hard to bring in the money. things got rough and her parents ended up splitting up. sophie was only ten when it happened, but she remembers it like i was yesterday. and to make matters worse, a few months after, hurricane katrina hit. sophie's mother managed to get her on a train to get out, but er mother didnt. traveling down to miami sophie got dumped on her fathers doorstep and to this day she hates it. her father got remarried and has four other children. |
