[rs=2] | Who was the last person you texted? The would be mom. She's my best friend and I talk to her everyday. This text was about meeting for lunch tomorrow. When is your birthday? I was born October 23rd. I always hated having a fall birthday because the weather was cooler and I wasn't able to have outdoor pool parties. Who do you want to be with right now? I miss my little sister. She's in university right now, studying journalism. I've always been close with her, so it's been hard not having her here in Miami with me. What sports do you play? After high school I out grew the whole sports thing, aside from taking Leo to the park to kick around a soccer ball and stuff. I did play volleyball all through school religiously, though. Who is the first person in your contacts? My mom. She's always stood by me and been there for me. She gives out the best advice, no judgment, so I call her or text her about everything. What is your favourite song as of the moment? Paradise by Coldplay. I don't generally like Coldplay's music, but I am in love with the lyrics to that song. I feel like that song was written exactly for me. If you were stranded on a desert island, who would you wish to be with? Hands down, Leo, my four year old son. I would die without him. He means the absolute world to me. What do you feel right now? Exhausted. I worked a long shift at the strip club last night, got about three hours of sleep before Leo was up and ready to start the day at 6:30 am. Took him out for breakfast, went to the park, and haven't really stopped all day. Thank the lord I'm off tonight. If given the chance, would you like to have a different life? Absolutely not. I had Leo when I was only eighteen years old, money has always been tight, but I wouldn't give my life to anyone for anything. I have a very loving family. Sure, working at a strip club isn't the best thing for me or my son, but it pays the bills. I can honestly say that I love my life. What do you want to be in the future? A pediatrician. I love kids. I am currently enrolled in part-time, online classes. It's been my career choice since I was fifteen. Do you trust people easily? I actually do. I've been taken advantage of and walked on by people in the past. You would think that I would learn, but I guess it's just how I was raised. To trust people and to not judge. Name three things you have on you at all times: My wallet with a picture of my family and Leo in it. It was a birthday gift from my grandmother before she passed. My credit card, for any major/minor purchases while out and about. The keys to my apartment, because I am paranoid about not locking doors. |
