[/div] yummy gummy bears, Nights like this Alissa loved, it allowed her to relax and enjoy herself like she wanted. She rarely had days off with all of her modeling and bookings for commercials. She figured today would be a great night to loosen up a bit and meet new people. She hadn't really made any new friends so it was about time to change that. She walked in to the beach bar with a smile on her face and made way to the bar. Looking around as she did, she blushed slightly at all the men looking at her. She really hadn't thought about the number of men that would have been in here, so it kind of took her by surprise. Hopefully none of these men thought that they could buy her a drink and surely get laid because that would be the last thing Alissa would ever do.
The bartender came up to Alissa to see what she wanted to drink, "oh, Hi! umm... I'll have a screwdriver. Thanks." She ordered and spun around on the bar resting her back against the rim of the counter and placed her elbows on top of the counter. Her long slim legs crossed and she took in the vibe of the place. Not to many females looked interesting enough to talk to. They all seemed to be full of themselves as some were giggling like whores on mens laps like if this were some sort of strip club. Alissa paid no mind shortly after, hoping someone would entertain her that way a real woman should be.
Alissa turned around slightly to look over her shoulder, grabbing the glass from the bartender, "Can I keep a tab." She asked. The bartender smiled and nodded, "Yeah, just let me know you're about done." Alissa smiled and replied, "Thanks." As she took a sip, she slowly turned back around to look around the place once more. It seemed as if the life of the party in here was surrounded by men wanting to sleep with women. What was the deal with that? Taking another sip of her drink, she couldn't help but stare off into space, her drink slowly moving away from her lips on an angle. She or anyone who would walk by her would be soon covered in a fruity drink. [/center][/td][/tr][/td][/tr][/table] THIS TEMPLATE WAS MADE BY WILMETTA OF CAUTION. [/center]

[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=style, width: 340px; padding: 30px; ]oh, i've got a love that keeps me waiting. Ryan never had been much of a bar guy. He didn't feel the need to drink, party, or make an ass out of himself. Tonight, he had a slightly different opinion regarding drinking. He had absolutely no intention of doing shooters or getting drunk, he just wanted a night out, to himself, to enjoy a beer. His mind needed a vacation from the swarming lots of Dillion. He loved her and there was no denying that, but he felt a tad overwhelmed right now. The pregnancy, her moving in, med school, everything was just so overwhelming. Of course he loved Dillion's company. He loved having her in his apartment, spending the time with her, and doing everything he could for her. Sometimes, he just needed a break. He had no clue what was going to happen once the baby arrived, where Dillion was going to end up, and if he would ever tell her how he felt about her. He was leaving that all up to the cards. The card of life that he left to make all the major decisions in his life. He had left his apartment on foot, knowing that the popular beach bar was only several blocks away. There was no sense in risking the drive, considering he was underage and banking on his faithful fake i.d. He shut off his brain once he the bar was in view, there was no need to down himself with more Dillion thoughts. Tonight was just going to be about Ryan and his beer.
He approached the bar, slid onto an empty barstool, and flagged down a bartender. He had managed to get into the bar without being asked for i.d.. "Can I just get a Coors Light?" Ryan asked, once the bartender made her way over. She gave him a quick look over before turning to get his beer. She quickly popped the cap off and collected Ryan's change. Ryan always made sure to tip generously, especially since he wasn't technically even old enough to be here. Ryan didn't need to be caught using a fake, especially since that would put med school on the line. He sipped from the bottle, allowing the cold liquid to trickle down his throat. He couldn't remember the last time he had sat down alone and had a beer. He decided it was best not to think about it, or anything right now. He spun around, leaning his back against the bar's countertop, and took in his surroundings. The bar wasn't very crowded at the moment, but he had a feeling that would change soon.

[/div] yummy gummy bears, Alissa caught herself quickly as her glass almost slipped out her hand. She snapped out of her day dream once someone sat down a stool away from her. He looked young and handsome and was also a guy. She starred at him for a while not taking notice of her rudeness. She was just trying to get a better look at him. Did he come here alone? Alissa thought to herself before taking another sip and placed the glass on the countertop. Hi! She greeted loud enough so he could here over the music, to the guy. Are you waiting for someone? She questioned politely, she didn't to come off strongly as some kind of creep.
She stood up and walked over to the bar stool beside him. "Hope you don't mind? She stood with the drink in her hand waiting for an answer from him. She held her hand out to him, I'm Alissa, nice to meet you...?" waiting for his name, she laughed slightly. Trying not to be a creep was harder than she has thought, normally it was easier for her to meet and greet other people especially men. It was something easy for her simply because they were the ones asking for her name. Alissa just wanted to make some friends, so why not try with this guy? [atrb=border,0,true][atrb=style, width: 340px; padding: 30px; ]oh, i've got a love that keeps me waiting. Ryan finished the last of his beer and spun around to place the empty bottle on the counter. He couldn’t stop himself from wondering what Dillion was doing at this exact moment. He had only scrawled a quick note at home before he left, letting her know that he was going out. That was it. He hadn’t left her a location, a time when he would be home, nor had he brought his cell phone. He waited for the bartender to swing by to collect his empty beer bottle. “Can I get another Coors Light?” he asked, placing the cash on the countertop. She nodded and spun away. Within seconds she returned with a new, cold bottle, collected his cash and whisked back toward the cash register. He held up a hand at her, signalling for her to keep the three dollars change.
A voice just a stool over caught his attention. “Hi!” Her voice was loud enough just to make out over the music, but it still startled Ryan. He hadn’t thought about socializing with anyone tonight, just drinking with his thoughts. “Are you waiting for someone?” He turned his body to face her and slowly shook his head, gulping from his beer.
Ryan was shy and usually pretty awkward in social situations. He took another gulp of his beer before mumbling an answer. “That would be a no, I’m flying solo tonight.” He took a small sip from the beer this time as the girl approached him, stopping at the stool next to him. She was definitely attractive and Ryan was a little unsure why she was striking up a conversation with somebody like him. “Hope you don’t mind?” Ryan responded with a quick head shake, pointing an arm in the direction of the stool. “I’m Alissa, nice to meet you.” She said, holding her hand out to him.
He nodded, accepting the hand with his own. “I’m Ryan, nice to meet you. What’s a girl like you doing all alone in a bar like this?” He asked. He sounded corny and he knew it, but the alcohol was starting to talk.

[/div] yummy gummy bears, Countless times Alissa had ran into cute men, sexy men, asshole men and so many more but this guy seemed nice, down to earth. With a smile still playing on her lips she watched him just for a quick second. She titled her head slightly an shook her head, "Solo? You?...hm, I thought you might have been waiting for your girlfriend or something. Oh well! lucky me!" She giggled.
Taking a seat on the stool next to him, she crossed her legs and place the glass on countertop after finishing it. She signaled the bartender over to retrive her another drink. Turning back to Ryan, "Nice to meet you too." Alissa reached up to removed her cap and with that, lock of goldish red locks of hair fell down her back and some over her shoulers. She laughed when he had ask What’s a girl like you doing all alone in a bar like this? What was there for her to really say? She didn't want to sound like a loner or anything. She answered him back, "uh, to be honest... I'm just here to relax. I'm a model so it's sorta busy and I never really have time to chill out, so my night off I came down here. Was hoping to meet a nice guy or something." She blushed towards the end as she spoke, it wasn't like her to make the first move on a guy, so this was a different playing field for her.
When the bartender came back, Alissa thanked her and took a sip, holding the glass to her lips for a few seconds before thinking of something else to say. "I'm not really sure why I'm even talking to you but I'm pretty sure it's just cause I thought you were cute." She continued to blush and looked away in embarassment. She shook her head slightly rolling her eyes at her own stupidity. This was harder then she thought, maybe she should have thought it through a little more before approaching Ryan. [atrb=border,0,true][atrb=style, width: 340px; padding: 30px; ]oh, i've got a love that keeps me waiting. “Solo? You? Hmm, I thought you might have been waiting for your girlfriend or something. Oh well! Lucky me!” Ryan almost choked on his mouth full of beer. He swallowed hard and coughed uncomfortably. He finished off the last of his beer and waved it at the bartender, signalling that he was ready for another. She approached with a fresh one, they exchanged beer for cash, and Ryan nodded a thank you at her. He took another gulp, prepping himself for the conversation with Alissa. “No, no girlfriend here,” he mumbled. The word girlfriend made him nervous and he could feel a light tint of blush flood his cheeks. “Nice to meet you, too.”
Ryan nodded, turning back to his beer; he was already feeling the three he had inhaled these past few minutes. He cursed himself for being shy, but the alcohol would soon but in and take over. He waited for her to answer, and when she finally started to speak he turned his head to look at her. “Uh, to be honest… I’m just here to relax. I’m a model so it’s sort of busy and I never really have time to chill out, so my night off I came down here. I was hoping to meet a nice guy or something.” Ryan could see her cheeks tint lightly, a signal that she was blushing. Ryan guessed she was almost as shy as he was. “I’m not really sure why I’m even talking to you, but I’m pretty sure it’s just because I thought you were cute.”
Ryan chugged down another mouthful. She was making him nervous and sweaty. He wasn’t quite sure what to say as he had never quite been in a situation like this. He regretted coming down to the bar. He hadn’t prepped for conversations with strangers, let alone model strangers. He toyed with the label on his bottle as he conjured something to say. “Well, that’s very kind of you,” he finally said. “You’re very cute yourself, but if you’re looking for somebody to go home with, you’re in the wrong ballpark.” He knew he was being a dick, but he felt he needed to set her straight now. She was fairly attractive and looked like someone who was experienced in the dating world. Being a model, Ryan assumed she had been with many guys before.
