[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=style,width: 350px; padding: 10px; background-image: url(http://i.imgur.com/w6MZf.png);] a line of lyrics goes here Gavynn gasped as he said it was changed at 13. It wasn't completely unbelievable but she was still in shock. When she had lost her virginity, it had been at the age of 13. A real act of love before her and her then boyfriend went off to college. She couldn't imagine loosing something that precious at the age of thirteen. It seemed like Donnie was full of shocks and all too different from her. They were polar opposites if she had ever seen one but...somehow, they were coexisting tonight. And she had to admit, she liked it.
Gavynn pouted as he accused her of playing him. Knowing it looked that way she still shook her head innocently. "No, honest. I didn't mean to play you. This time." She smiled. She nodded when he said he wasn't going anymore than waist deep. She wouldn't push him to go further than that. As much as he could irritate her at times, she could see in his eyes there was a reason for not wanting to go further. "Don't worry, I won't let anything happen to you out here. I gotta keep you around, who else would irritate me the way you do." She winked before disappearing under the water and swimming to where she was behind him before popping back up above water.
Gavynn shook her wet curly hair and looked around at all the other people who were on the beach shore, relaxing and drinking. Sitting back and watching was never her thing. "You coming to the step show next week? Me and my sorors are gonna turn it outtttt." She grinned. She didn't expect him to come for her, or anything but step shows were generally fun. "Hey, why didn't you ever join a frat? I can see you as a Kappa." Kappa Alpha Psi were definitely the heartbreakers of the divine nine and as she said it she hit their signature shimmy. "Or a Sigma. I love Phi Beta Sigma men." She gushed. Her dad had been one and she had a growing attraction to every other one on campus.

Donnie gave her another sideways smile, as Gavynn said that she wouldn't let anything happen to him out here. He believed her, but he didn't fully believe her. Of course she wouldn't let him drown, but he really didn't believe that she actually cared that much. Donnie admitted to himself, he liked messing with Gavynn because she had the guts to mess with him right back. Not too many women did that. The only thing about Gavynn, she was probably a little too good for Donnie, which was probably why he never tried anything seriously with her. That, and she probably wouldn't let him, even if she got drunk. Donnie waded as Gavynn dove under before reemerging behind him. Donnie turned quickly, slightly startled physically, but his expression remained unchanged, "Yeah, just promise me you won't try nothing, a'ight?" Donnie chuckled a little to himself as he wiped some water out of his eye and began to move his legs.
Apparently there was a step show next week and Gavynn was inviting him. He shrugged nonchalantly and said, "Yeah I'll go. I always love to see pretty ladies stepping." At that moment, he made a quick ivy stance that Gavynn's sorors were famous for. He quickly stopped before Gavynn could capture this obviously kodak moment. "Maaan, I don't know if a fraternity is for me. I've pretty much got my own fraternity with my guys back at home," Donnie said in response to Gavynn's question about why didn't he join a fraternity. Being a junior, he still had an opportunity to join one and he definitely had a wide variety of selections. Alpha, Omega, Sigma, Kappa, or Iota. It was just a five color spectrum to select from. Donnie didn't really know what to commit to. Seeing Gavynn and how happy she was with her sorority kind of made him interested. Maybe she would take him seriously then, right?
"I hate assumptions... and stereotypes," Donnie scoffed slightly. "People always look at me and assume that I'm something. In most cases, I probably am, but I really hate stereotypical assumptions." The comment wasn't any in way aimed at Gavynn, Donnie just didn't like people assuming things, just as much as he didn't like people all up in his business. He floated backwards, away from her as he said, "Speaking of this topic, what made you want to pledge your sorority?"

[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=style,width: 350px; padding: 10px; background-image: url(http://i.imgur.com/w6MZf.png);] a line of lyrics goes here Gavynn fought the urge to deeply inhale as he gave her a sideways grin. Even if she didn't like the man, she would be a fool not to see how gorgeous he was. "I promise you." She said sincerely. Gavynn laughed extremely hard at Donnie's Ivy stance. Her other sorors, the ones who were more stuck up wouldn't appreciate that at all but she loved it. She wiped some of the tears that had gathered in her eyes from laughing so hard. She quickly did the hand sign by closing her first and keeping her pinky in the air and letting out a loud "Skeeeeeeeeeeeeeweeeeeeeeeeee."
She nodded as he said he didn't know if a sorority was for him. "I mean, Donnie. Look at me. I do not look nor act like a sorority girl or any of the stereotypes of my organization. I'm so far from conceited or stuck up and I'm not exactly the most graceful girl out there. Everyone in my family was shocked that I didn't go Zeta." She laughed. There wasn't anything wrong with that organization it was just Zeta Phi Beta wasn't in her heart, Alpha Kappa Alpha was. Gavynn giggled as she tried to imagine him being an Omega. Running around and barking around the yard with the rest of the ques. Strolling to "Atomic Dog". She couldn't help the fit of laughter.
She listened to him speak and although she got the feeling, he wasn't directing his words towards her. She realized at that time she may have been judging him pretty harshly, only because she wanted to protect herself. "That's...understandable." She stated as she registered her epiphany. "Look I haven't always been the nicest to you...and I probably won't start now but...I'm sorry for prejudging you. You seem like a nice guy deep down." She stated sincerely. She smiled at his question. "Because AKA exemplified everything that I stood for and everything that I wanted to be. They were in my heart and I knew that that is what I wanted to do." She stated proudly.

Taking what Gavynn said to heart about her not judging him in that sense and why she decided to join a sorority, Donnie thought it over a for a moment before simply saying, "Interesting." Donnie considered the thought of pledging a fraternity, especially since Gavynn liked a man with letters (at least that's what she was giving off). Of course he thought absolutely way more of it than simply 'interesting', but he had to fight fire with fire to keep Gavynn on her heels. She wasn't giving him everything, so why should he? Donnie never imagined himself not being aggressive with a woman like he typically was, but with Gavynn, he had to play it even cooler than he already was. With a smug expression on his face, he swam around her, kind of scoping her out playfully and truthfully. She was very attractive and she obviously knew it. Plus, Gavynn wasn't stupid. She knew what Donnie's intentions were. She knew him around campus. She knew that he was the kind of guy that probably only wanted to one thing, just multiple times. Donnie stopped once he got in front of her and then folded his arms as he emerged from the water.
"I don't believe you," Donnie said sharply. He had a bit of shake in his head as he said this to her, "I don't believe you're truly sorry. Like I told you earlier, my mom told me to never trust pretty eyes and a smile. Plus," Donnie said slowly approaching her, as he got in her ear, just as she got into his. He whispered saying, "...you never brought me my ice cream." He backed away with a mischievous smirk as he swam backwards to shore. "You're welcome for the drink, princess." He walked to his towel as he dried himself off. When he found a random stick of winterfresh gum in a side pocket, he popped it into his mouth and continued to dry himself off. Looking up, he noticed Gavynn coming ashore as well and he chuckled slightly before carrying about his business, beginning to act like she was nobody when she finally reached him.
The antic didn't go on long enough as Gavin slung his backpack over his bare torso. He threw on one of his hats and slipped into his shoes saying, "Ah, so you've decided that you will present me with my ice cream, huh?" Donnie felt as though he had the upperhand in whatever game he and Gavynn were playing. Their relationship, though they probably would never have a serious one, was like a game of chess. More times than not, Gavynn was damn good at playing her little games with him, but she never got any information out of Donnie. On the other hand, Donnie was pretty good at flirting with her on the sly, but Gavynn would never budge in terms of any physical interaction, no matter how bad he wanted her.

[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=style,width: 350px; padding: 10px; background-image: url(http://i.imgur.com/w6MZf.png);] a line of lyrics goes here Gavynn squinted at his one word answer. Just interesting?" She questioned mentally. She honestly never knew what to expect from Donnie. Some days he acted as if he was geniunely interested, some days like she nothing, and some days like she was just something to do. It confused Gavynn to no end and it was the reason why she was so standoffish towards him. She would never admit it to any one, not even herself, but some days she felt like she was his prey. And with all these closely calculated moves she was bound to fall in to his trap. She watched him as he stood around her checking her out. Even if he was playing she felt a tad bit self conscious. She was attractive true, but with the slew of females he saw on a daily basis who knew where she measured up.
Gavynn tensed, surely visibly, as he came closer towards her. She knew this was a repeat of what she did to him but she couldn't help being affected. She could feel his breath against her ear and felt herself closing her eyes. Gavynn wanted to shake herself from the trance, for goodness sakes he wasn't even saying anything sexual! And here she was wanting to rape him on the beach. She turned to watch him swim back to shore backwards and squinted as she said she was welcome. She wanted to kick herself for letting him see how affected she was by him but she simply exhaled with all the poise and grace she could before swimming after him.
Finally she reached him and frowned as he ignored her and acted like she was no one. She wasn't sure how she'd went from being completely placid to steaming anger but she quickly snatched up the the green towel from her bag and dried off. She had put the towel down back in the back and retrieved her iPhone she was nearly attached to when she heard his voice. She turned to face him with a scowl before relaxing her face and shaking her head. "I guess I have, Mr. West ."

Apparently Donnie made an excellent move in this game of chess as he noticed that Gavynn's facial expression changed as he approached her, but then the obvious annoyance came again as he ventured away from her. She was so cute when he was angry. Donnie smirk turned into a chuckling smile as he waited for her to complete her preparations of being ready. The trip to the beach was short, but it was what Donnie needed to play his move on Gavynn. He couldn't even lie, she was a prize to be won for him and if he was able to get her, that would definitely be something worth bragging about. The only problem was, Donnie wasn't as direct about what he wanted from Gavynn. Sure there were a few flirtacious and even unnecessary remarks he made, but Gavynn brushed them off like it was nothing. When she said that she guessed she will present him with his ice cream, Donnie's eyes widened as that signature smirk appeared on his face again, "Ah, so you need me to walk you back to your apartment then?" Excellent.
The thing about Donnie, he was definitely a player, but he knew exactly what it took to be a gentleman. His mother raised him, instilling him the morals of being a good man, chivalry, and all that jazz. Of course, Donnie didn't always act like a gentleman, but that didn't mean he didn't know what it took. As much as it pained him to see Gavynn scowl, it was very attractive to him... seeing a goodie too shoes wanting to retaliate at him, challenge him. It was awesome. Once Gavynn got done gathering her things, Donnie flipped through his own phone and realized that he had five missed calls from five different girls. It was past midnight and there was obviously only one thing that these girls wanted and that was for him to 'tuck' them in for the night. For a second, he pondered ditching Gavynn in favor of a good time, but the eye candy in front of him led him to do otherwise. He closed his phone, hoping Gavynn didn't see the numerous missed calls on his logs and said, "I hope you've got enough for more than one bowl." In a sense, Donnie was inviting himself in. He honestly had no intentions of trying anything, he wasn't that kind of guy, but if Gavynn were to oblige, which he really doubted, he would probably go through with it.
Though Donnie had multiple women in his arsenal, he actually did date one girl previously. She, too, was a good girl, however she wasn't as strong as Gavynn was. In a sense, Donnie understood that his lifestyle wasn't good for the woman so he broke it off with her before things got a little too crazy. Unfortunately, the girl went a bit psycho and stalked him for a few days, but she toned it down a bit. Again, unfortunately, she was one of the five missed calls that Donnie had. He shivered at the thought of actually hooking up with her again, before he looked to Gavynn, waiting for her response to his personal invitation to her apartment, "I won't be loud or make a mess. I'll be a good boy tonight." Donnie said affectionately.

[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=style,width: 350px; padding: 10px; background-image: url(http://i.imgur.com/w6MZf.png);] a line of lyrics goes here Gavynn raised a brow at his question of walking her back. She smiled at him sweetly before shaking her head no. "I drove here." She informed him lightly, still not giving him the personal invitation he was after. It was her turn to act nonchalant about his presence now. But just the thought of him being there gave her butterflies. "Asia's there. So you won't do anything foolish with him tonight." She chanted in her head before hoisting her bag on her shoulder.
Gavynn watched as he checked his phone and could see how many missed calls and texts he had. She blinked, waiting for him to decide if her offer of simply ice cream was good enough for him to turn down his many other offers. She couldn't deny how fun it would be to just give in to him one night. But she couldn't - she knew herself well enough to know she couldn't handle sex without attachments. But maybe they could work up a friendship. She already didn't think she could ever severe all relationship ties with him. He was like the prickly thorn a side. She couldn't get him or the way he made her feel out.
Gavynn laughed when he said he'd be a good boy.She started walking towards her car before turning to look back at him. "I doubt you could ever be a good boy. But even if you could, I think I like you bad better." She stated with a wink. She registered that this was the first time she had openly flirted with him. She smiled before nodding towards the parking lot. "I'll drive you back to your car...or your place after you've gotten your ice cream. I won't try to keep you." She said before guiding him to the mint green volkswagen beetle and starting the drive to her apartment. Once they'd arrived as Gavynn was unlocking the door. "I don't know if my roommates still here. She may be sleep. You can wait on the couch while I check." She motioned to the couch before looking in the apartment. She said a mental curse when she realized she wasn't here. Gavynn wasn't exactly sure how she felt about being in her apartment with Donnie alone. It just screamed for bad decisions to be made. "Welp, looks like we're alone." She said bouncing towards the kitchen and removing the ice cream and cones for it. Once she had fixed it, she brought it out to him. "Now that I've gotten you your ice cream, can you trust this pretty girl and smile?"
